Mauricio Silva, a dedicated Columban IRD coordinator, received an Interfaith Award at the Birmingham Council of Faiths AGM for his outstanding efforts in promoting harmonious interfaith relations. The certificate was presented to his daughter, Florencia, as he departed for Chile, and the honour was bestowed by Birmingham's Lord Mayor, Cllr Chaman Lal. Below is a short message from Mauricio.
